When you get here, there'll be a brief discussion on why Saturos' and Menardi's ship is there. There's a puddle here which you can use to get an item, but not until you've got your fourth party member. Otherwise, there's pretty much nothing to do here. Leave and head along the world map to the west until you reach a cavern, and head inside.
