You must reach Level 23 in order to enter any race in the 'American Championship'.

Recommended Car[edit]
In A-Spec a well tuned "CIEN Concept '02" will be able to win the race. If you have a tuned Corvette ZR1 '09 from 'Like the Wind' it will be very good on both tracks.
For B-Spec wait until you win the "Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II" in the A-Spec 'Dream Car Championship', the driver will require some coaching to win.
Or the Dodge Viper GTS-R Team Oreca Race Car in the dealership for less than 2'000'000 cr.
