Restrictions[edit]

You must reach Level 13 in order to enter either of the races in the British Lightweights. The following restrictions apply to your choice of car:

Recommended Car[edit]

The Lotus Espirit V8 GT '98 with a bit of tuning. Note that you will need to perform weight reduciton to get it under 1,200 kg.

The Lotus Espirit V8 '02 in the dealership works well if you cant find the GT '98

Alternatively, the Jaguar XJ13 Race Car '66 that you get for winning the Indy 500 in A-Spec qualifies for this race easily at 998kg, though it may require some tuning as it is powerful and prone to oversteer.

You may also look for a Mclaren MP4-12C in the Mclaren dealership which will see through a-spec easily. Note that you will need to purchase two weight reduction upgrades to reduce this car's weight to under 1,200kg.

The event consists of two individual races:

Prize Money[edit]

In this event, prize money is awarded for placing in the following positions in a race:

1st 24,100cr 2nd 17,400cr 3rd 15,400cr
4th 14,400cr 5th 14,000cr 6th 13,800cr

Prize Cars[edit]

Cars obtained for getting Gold Trophies (i.e. finishing first) in both the races are as follows. Note that each car will only be awarded once, so be mindful of this if you choose to sell.
