This isn't much of a mission—just a cutscene. When you return to the construction site with Catalina's SPANK, you find that your ex-girlfriend has taken Maria as hostage, and has left Miguel and Asuka dead. Catalina demands a $500,000 ransom. When you're ready, head to her mansion in Shorside Vale.
