For now, Asuka informs you that the FBI are having surveillance to track you down at key locations around the city. She wants you to take out the cops.
Go to a park and take out the first two guards. Next, go to a van and shoot it before it escapes. Next, go to a building and take out the guards inside with a sniper rifle.
