This is a simple gang-killing mission. You have to drive to Portland and kill 10 Diablos in the car and not leave the car for any longer than 5 seconds. Vehicle kills count. The most challenging aspect of the mission is that you must drive a station wagon and not destroy it; this makes for a long, boring drive. Does not appear to have any prerequisites other than the previous King Courtney mission.
