Achieving 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto IV requires you to meet a number of conditions across different areas.

Missions
- Complete the main story missions
- Complete all the random character missions
- Complete all 10 of Little Jacob's deliveries
- Deliver 10 Exotic Export cars to Brucie
- Deliver 30 Car Thefts to Stevie
- Complete all Most Wanted missions from the police computer
- Complete 20 Current Crimes from the police computer
- Complete all 9 assassinations
Social
- Visit each activity at least once
- Meet all potential friends and unlock their special abilities
- Win against any friend at least once at pool, bowling and darts
Misc.
- Kill all 200 pigeons
- Complete all stunt jumps
- Complete all races
