IO Interactive (sometimes appended with A/S, meaning Aktieselskab or Joint Stock Company) is a Danish computer game developer currently owned by Eidos Interactive. It was founded in September 1998. They have created the four games in the successful Hitman series:
They are also responsible for the critically acclaimed game Freedom Fighters and the newly released Kane & Lynch: Dead Men.
