An important factor in the tactics of Jade Cocoon 2 is what attacks your Divine Beasts know. Each side of the BeastAmulet has its own strengths and weaknesses.
- There are two main types of attacks

Skill attacks do damage based on Strength while Magic attacks are based on Wisdom.
Note: E rank attacks can't be taught by merging. They are the default attack a Divine Beast starts with after hatching.
