Intelligence has concocted a plan B. They have found some very powerful alien technology on another planet, and you need that technology.
There are little green towers here and there in the level. Destroy them to release some research data. You will need 100% data to complete the mission, if you reach the end with incomplete data, the mission has failed. Don't worry though, there's more than enough towers available.
