Kirby's Dream Land 2/Walkthrough

The Rainbow Islands are a series of islands in Dream Land, as well as the home of Kirby. The islands are connected by colorful rainbows, but one day an evil entity from space called Dark Matter stole the rainbows. Dark Matter then possesses King Dedede, starting its plan to plunge Dream Land into darkness. To stop it, Kirby has to collect the Rainbow Drops on each island to restore the rainbows, then defeat Dark Matter in his fortress on the seventh island. However, this time Kirby's not alone. With the help of three friends, Rick, Coo and Kine, Kirby marches off to the seven islands to begin his quest for the Rainbow Drops.

Levels

1. Grass Land: The first island is a vast open field, with mostly flat terrain, simple enemies and miles of grass. The yellow Rainbow Drop is hidden here.
2. Big Forest: The dense forest of the second island presents some new challenges. Dangers are present on both the ground and the treetops. The green Rainbow Drop is buried somewhere in this giant jungle.
3. Ripple Field: Most of this island is below sea level, leading to perpetual flooding on many portions of the island. The blue Rainbow Drop is submerged within the vast lakes of this level.
4. Iceberg: As it name suggests, this island is made entirely out of ice. Be careful not to slip on the icy surfaces. The indigo Rainbow Drop is located inside this giant floating chunk of ice.
5. Red Canyon: Red Canyon is harsh and dry, with little plant life and many rock formations. The red Rainbow Drop is hidden within the canyon walls.
6. Cloudy Park: Fluffy clouds surround a huge dormant volcano. Watch out for the strong winds that are common high up within the clouds. Can you find the orange Rainbow Drop in this level?
7. Dark Castle: The castle of the possessed King Dedede covers much of the final island. The twist and turns can easily confuse intruders. The violet Rainbow Drop is secured inside a confusing castle labyrinth.
