To the Fortress of Solitude[edit]

Just go to the world map and select the last new level available you to begin!

Part 1: Combining the beams[edit]

The whole party has gathered at the Fortress of Solitude, but they have some unwanted company. Fortunately, Batman recognizes this as an opportunity to borrow all of the Lanterns' powers at once. After a fierce battle, only Batman, Robin and Wonder Woman remain available to fight, while Green Lantern, Star Sapphire and Sinestro are locked in a beam war.

Your goal is to focus the energy of all the Lanterns in one spot, but all the remaining Lanterns are either unconscious or unwilling to cooperate. During this entire time, the beams from the active Lanterns are harmful to you, so stay out of their way. Larfleeze is the first to fight you. Hit him once to make him retreat and summon 20 Orange Lantern Constructs. After you defeat all of his constructs, he will pounce on one of the characters. Switch out and hit him while his focused on them to force him back again. Larfleeze will now fire a beam from his power ring at you. Direct the beam to the center of the fight to add its energy to the mix. Hope Walker will awaken and lend his power as well.

Next up is Atrocitus. He will also summon 20 Red Lantern Warriors to fight, but he can additionally knock you back with a ground pound if you get close, potentially sending you into a beam. He can also occasionally send the Butcher charging at you. Once you defeat the Red Lanterns, Solomon Grundy will ambush Atrocitus. Follow the on-screen prompts to forcefully direct the beam to the center. Superman swoops in with a crystal, focusing the energy of the emotional spectrum to restore Earth back to its original size. All the ringbearers are returned to their respective planets, and the scrambled personalities of Earth's heroes and villains are reverted!

Part 2: Supersized Superman[edit]

  • 10 Minikits, 3 Character Tokens, Red Brick, Adam West

Now that the Earth is enlarged, the supervillains' prison no longer holds them, and they sneak off to continue their evil plan. However, the Justice League has a bigger threat to worry about. Brainiac is free from his own prison as well, and has shrunk Gotham and Metropolis on his way here. Superman grows as a result of exposure to the reverse shrink ray, and is promptly hypnotized by Brainiac. Now the team must face off against their toughest enemy yet!

Superman is strong enough normally, so giant Superman is especially dangerous. Superman has several attacks: he can punch rifts into the ground that curve to follow you, use his heat vision to track you, knock you away with a stomp shockwave if you try to get close, or use his ice breath to blow you. Most of his attacks can be dodged by constantly moving, but his ice breath requires you to mash a button to hang on for your life. Eventually, the quakes from his attacks will cause some ice crystals to fall from above. Smash the ice crystals to get pieces used to build a lever connected to a base. Later on, more ice crystals will slowly jut out from the ground. Use the pieces you get from breaking them to complete the weapon, then pull the lever to activate the machine, which turns out to be a sonar ray. Hop in and direct it at Superman to swarm him with bats.

Superman is not hurt, only distracted, so you'll have to find another method of harming him. Before you can do that, you must first fight off 30 more of Brainiac's soldiers. Around the time you've defeated them all, Superman should have gotten rid of the bats and start attacking you directly. Brainiac will continue to send warriors to fight to make the battle harder. Wait for more ice pillars to shoot out, then use the pieces from some of them to make a red-lightning pad. Have The Flash use the pad to assemble some electric coils out of the larger ice columns. Have The Flash run on the treadmill connected to the machine to charge it, causing it to deliver a powerful shock to Superman!

Unfortunately, contrary to Batman's guess, stinging Superman with electricity did not snap him out of the mind control. He is captured by the brainwashed Superman and is nearly killed, but manages to get through to Superman with an emotional speech. With Superman free from hypnotism but still giant, he easily defeats Brainiac and returns the two shrunken cities, as well as the shrink ray to finally turn everything back to normal size. Enjoy the credits!

Collectables[edit]

Minikits[edit]

  1. (Free Play only) During the fight against Superman, use a laser to melt down one of the rounder ice blocks and have a Lantern use the power ring pad to create an ice pick. The ice pick will chip away at a chunk of ice, revealing a Minikit and a grate into a secret area where the rest of the collectables can be found.
  2. (Free Play only) You must use a sonic attack to shatter five glass statues around the secret lair. The first is right near the entrance, the second is in an alcove above the staircase to the right. The third is south of the Illumination Suit charger, the fourth is at the area with geometric shapes and the fifth is in the dark cave.
  3. (Free Play only) Go north from the entrance into the secret lair. Draw out energy from the generator with the Electricity Suit to activate a robot drone. Follow the robot until it finds and pulls a Minikit from the abyss.
  4. (Free Play only) Get on the platform with a box that has a diamond symbol on top and pull it open with a grapple. Use a laser to cut out a hole in the golden wall inside and use the pieces to build a ring. Smash it to get the Minikit inside.
  5. (Free Play only) Look for 3 Bat-Cows around the area and ride them to the cow pen at the center. The cows tend to move about, so their location isn't exact. Once you've rounded up the cows, you'll get the Minikit.
  6. (Free Play only) Near the cow pen is an R gate. Use the Techno Suit to create a remote-controlled robot and send it through the gate. Hack into the access port on the other side to power up a matter cannon, forming the Minikit out of thin air.
  7. (Free Play only) Go north from the center of the area and you should see a shiny metal column among the ice. Destroy it with explosives and use the pieces to make a crank. Turn it to raise up a glass cylinder, then use a sonic attack to shatter the glass. Inside is the Minikit.
  8. (Free Play only) Above the glass cylinder from the previous Minikit is another pillar with a pool of water in the middle. Freeze the water to create an ice creature holding an umbrella, which takes off and leaves behind a Minikit.
  9. (Free Play only) On the rightmost ice pillar is a large spacecraft with a blue cover. Use the Magnet Suit to pry it open so that you can get the Minikit inside.
  10. (Free Play only) There is a dark cave at the far right side of the area and an Illumination Station on a pillar around the center-right side. Use the Illumination Suit to light up the dark cave and go down the stairs to obtain the Minikit at the bottom.

Character Tokens[edit]

  • Superman (Solar Suit): (Free Play only) Go to the back of the central area in the secret lair. Use a tech-savvy character to control the computer terminal and start a small game. Select a shape similar to the silhouette on the screen to piece a key together. Once you complete the key, it will unlock the a slot in the terminal that dispenses the token.
  • Composite Superman: (Free Play only) Bat-Mite can be found to the right of the center area and he asks you to get him a Batman figure. Follow the narrow pillars from Bat-Mite's platform to a security camera. Use stealth to get into the seemingly regular bedroom the camera was guarding. Use super senses to detect a golden padlock on the drawer, then use a laser to destroy it. Grab the figure from the open drawer and take it back to Bat-Mite for the token.
  • Cyborg Superman: (Free Play only) At the right half of the secret area are some colored shapes on the floor. Shatter the glass pillar near the shapes with a sonic attack, then use the pieces to build a disco ball. Discharge power from the Electricity Suit into the outlet that appears to turn the surrounding area into a dance floor. Jump on to the shapes according to the instructions on the screen enough times to make the token appear.

Red Brick[edit]

(Free Play only) Near the disco area used for the Cyborg Superman token, there's a red-striped pad out in the open. Have Plastic Man use it to turn him into a hammer that smashes a nearby ice formation into pieces, leaving a white block behind. The white block is then bathed by red light from a projector close by, eventually becoming a Red Brick for you to get. The Red Brick grants the Collect Ghost Studs extra, which gives you the ability to get the high-value light blue studs that usually lead you along mission paths. It's only useful in open world missions due to how late you obtain it, but it's amazing for farming studs, since ghost studs actually regenerate if you leave the area or backtrack.

Adam West[edit]

(Free Play only) There's one house left shrunken in the secret lair. At the center of the area, destroy all the dark blue ice columns to get a bunch of pieces. Use them to build an enlarging machine to pull Adam West out of the house in normal size.
