[edit] Chapter 1: Battle Over Coruscant
Another starfighter mission. This one begins with a cutscene showing Anakin and Obi-Wan flying side by side, Anakin doing complicated flips and maneuvers to show off.
This level is simple. The general strategy is avoid everything, stay alive, get minikit pieces, and if you see a red target, shoot it. All the minikit pieces are in plain sight, and studs are easy to get - shoot everything.
From the start, avoid the lasers from the turrets at the bottom left of your screen. Shoot them if you wish. A few seconds after you pass them, you'll see a minikit piece. Get it. A few seconds later, you'll turn and see a minikit piece. After getting it, you'll see five red targets on a large ship blocking your path. Shoot them all and it'll explode. To the left of the tower behind it is another minikit piece. Keep going and you'll see another, followed by another. Try to get both. Keep going, and you'll see another just above a ship. After it, you'll see a tower with two targets. Hit them to avoid death by impact. A few seconds later, you'll see a closed door between two targets. Hit them both and the door will open. Go through the tunnel and get the minikit piece, but avoid the flames at the end.
Shoot everything, and get the minikit piece. At one point, you'll see a blue laser and a minikit piece, followed by a force field. Hit the targets to its left and right and go through.
A cutscene will show Obi-Wan and Anakin flying in through the force field.
[edit] Chapter 2: Chancellor in Peril
Characters unlocked: Obi-Wan Kenobi (Episode III), Anakin Skywalker (Jedi), Chancellor Palpatine
[edit] Story
This is probably one of the longest levels in the game.
After the initial cutscene showing Obi-Wan and Anakin landing, the level begins with the aforementioned characters. You'll see General Grievous at the end of the hall - go to him. He'll run away, leaving you to deal with several Security Battle Droids. After killing all of them, open the door with the Force. Go through the door and kill the droids. Jump down to the lower floor and kill all the droids there. Go into the circular room and use the Force on the Lego pieces to your left and right to make stairs. Go up, and kill the droid. Break one of the gates with the Force and go through. Kill all the droids. Go to the next room - more droids! Afterward, a cutscene will show R2-D2 appearing - use him to open the door on the right. Move the object inside the new room with the Force, then make it explode with the Force. The ceiling will fall - walk up.
There's a battle droid on either side of you. Kill them both and proceed to the right. Use the Force on the Lego pieces to the right to make a platform. Jump up to the platform above where it originally was, and use the Force on the switch. Go through the shaft to the right of the switch. A fan will blow you upward. Kill the Droideka at the top, then use R2-D2 to open the door. Go through to see a cutscene - the Chancellor is tied to a chair. Count Dooku will appear. Time for a mini-boss battle.
This time, Dooku has six hearts. However, he also has a squad of battle droids at his command, and he uses Force Grip often. Hit him twice and he'll jump away. Now wipe out the battle droids. Then go up the stairs to continue the battle.
You may want to kill all the Super Battle Droids, but that can be a tricky task while being attacked by a Sith Lord. Either way, once Dooku has two hearts left, he'll jump back down to where the Chancellor is. Follow him and kill him.
Unlike most boss/mini-boss battles, though, this isn't the end of the level. You still have to escape. Go through the door in the middle of the upper level. Go through the door at the back. Here, there's a wall determined to kill you. Avoid the ceiling, too. It doesn't move, though. So how could you possibly hit the ceiling? By being blown up there by a hole in the ground. Just walk to the end, avoiding the holes. When you get to the end, the wall will stop. Go through the door. Go to the end, then jump to the platform on the left. There are fans in the ceiling blowing air down - if you get hit, you die. Use the Force on the switch to stop it. There's another, but no switch. Use R2-D2 - he can walk through unharmed. Disable it to let the others through. Then, use the Force on the Lego pieces in the wall to make a ramp for R2-D2. (there's a platform blocking his path) Use R2-D2 to open the door at the end. Go through.
A cutscene will show Grievous and his bodyguards. He tells them to attack you. Kill them and go through the door at the end. Kill all the droids there. Use the Force on the switches - a cutscene will show the ship crash-landing. Mace Windu greets you.

Hit all the switches in the hallway and a hatch in the ceiling will open. Studs will fall out.
[edit] Chapter 3: General Grievous
Characters unlocked: Commander Cody, General Grievous (for purchase)
[edit] Story
A cutscene shows Obi-Wan landing on Utapau and meeting Commander Cody - they encounter General Grievous, and engage in combat with him. The battle begins quickly - be ready to press B so you don't get killed right off the bat.
Grievous has ten hearts. Once you get rid of one of them, he'll jump away. Use Cody's blaster to shoot the two bombs on either side of him. He'll be hurt and jump back to continue the battle. Hit him twice and he'll run away again. Use the Force on the Lego pieces to make a bridge. Go across, then jump up the platforms. Use the Force on the Lego pieces by Grievous to make a platform. Stand on it with Cody. Jump, and at the top of your jump, shoot. With any luck, you'll hit the explosive next to Grievous.
The battle continues. Grievous has five hearts left. Go back to the center platform. Get him down to three hearts and he'll jump away again. Go back up to where Grievous was last time - use the Force on the Lego pieces to make stairs. Go up, and smash the Lego wall. Behind it is a bomb - move it next to Grievous with the Force and blow it up with Cody. With two hearts, left, Grievous will go back to the center platform.
After "killing" Grievous, a cutscene will show he knocking out Cody and almost killing Obi-Wan, then Obi-Wan grabs Cody's dropped blaster and shoots Grievous, killing him.

[edit] Chapter 4: Defense of Kashyyyk
Characters unlocked: Yoda, Chewbacca, Wookiee.
[edit] Story
A cutscene shows a Wookiee pilot arriving at Kashyyyk to drop off Yoda. Chewbacca greets him, then the level begins.
Use the Force on the two objects (?) next to the raised bridge. It will lower. Go across. Go to the right, ignoring the first intersection. Keep going forward. At the end, you'll see a group of clones talking to Darth Sidious via hologram. When they notice you, they attack. Kill them all. Afterward, use the Force to fix the switches for the next bridge - then lower it and cross.
A cutscene will show clones guarding three Wookiees. Three objective icons will appear. Another group of clones will attack you - kill them, then use Chewbacca's grapple on the red circle. Jump to the other platform and grapple up. Grapple up again, then take out the clones to free the Wookiee. He'll jump up and his objective icon will darken. Jump back down and follow the Wookiee to the right. Cross the bridge, then go to the right at the intersection and use the Force on the Lego device to make a grapple circle for Chewbacca. Free the second Wookiee. Go back and cross the forward bridge, then take out the clones to free the last Wookiee. Turn left - you'll see five switches. Three Wookiees, Chewbacca, and Yoda make five. Stand on them to lower a bridge.
Cross the bridge to a large circular platform. Go to the right and a cutscene will show an army of clones. You'll also see a clone on a walker. Kill everyone if you wish. But your goal is all the way to the left. If you're just aiming for completion, ignore the enemies and go to the left. You'll see a gate. To its left is a large rock. To its left is a flower. Pull it out with the Force to reveal a grappling circle. Grapple up. Shoot the target on the right, then jump off the platform and hit the target on the left in midair. (you can't hit it from the platform, it's blocked by the wall) Go through the gate.
There's an infinite supply of drones here - just go to the end, ignoring them. In the next area, go to the right until the camera changes and you see a small squad of clones and droids. Kill them and keep going. You'll see another clone on a walker - kill him, then pull up the flower in the corner. A platform will rise up. To its left is another flower hiding a platform. Use the two platforms as stairs to go up. Climb up the slope, but watch out for the boulders. You can destroy them three ways - with your lightsaber, with the Force, and with your crossbow. The crossbow is the best - you have to wait for it to get close to you with the lightsaber, and you have to stop moving to use the Force. After the turn, keep going to the right. At the end, use the Force on the Lego pieces in the ground (you might have to destroy something first, needs confirmation) to make stairs. Hit both switches to open the gate and go through.
Immediately, you'll see a clone on a walker shoot at you. Kill it, as well as the group of droids and clones by it. Go to the left. Kill the clones there, then use the Force on all the switches around the hole. Afterward, destroy them all. You may be interrupted by another squad of clones - they appear at regular intervals. Use the Force to raise the rocket. Go in, and a cutscene will show Yoda leaving. Chewbacca waves him goodbye, then Yoda takes off.

[edit] Chapter 5: Ruin of the Jedi
[edit] Story
A cutscene shows a spaceship landing on a planet. Obi-Wan gets out, then meets Yoda. Then, the level begins.
The Jedi you see in front of you aren't Jedi. They're disguised clones - and yes, they're hostile. Kill them. Keep going, and then open the doors with the Force. Enter. At the end of the path, you'll be attacked by more clones - kill them, then use the Force on the pillar to your left to make a staircase. Climb up and kill the clone, then go to the right. Jump off at the end. After killing the clones, go to the right. Use the Force on the red Lego pieces to move them out of the way, then turn both gears. The door will open.
Go forward until you get to the end, killing the clones as you go. Go to the back right corner, and enter the small room. Use the Force to pull out the platforms, jump on them, and repeat. Note that they disappear after a few seconds. At the top is a switch you can use the Force on. So use the Force on it. A light will turn on. Go to the next room. This is the same, except you have to hit a button to disable the force field guarding the switch. Repeat with the third. (no force field this time) A door will open. Go through it.
Kill all the clones, then use the Force on the panel to your right. A hologram will show Anakin (now Vader) bowing to Darth Sidious.

[edit] Chapter 6: Darth Vader (Final Boss)
[edit] Story
This level consists of three parts, then the final battle. Each part has a time limit, (falling platforms and ceiling) and if you die, you start over from the beginning of that part. (each part is a paragraph) It begins with a cutscene showing Mustafar. Vader is very irritated at Padmé, when Obi-Wan arrives. They have a short lightsaber battle, then Vader runs away to another room.
The first part is a simple collapsing-floor hallway. Run for your life, and jump over the holes. It's easier than avoiding them.
At the end of the hallway is a large room. A timer (30 seconds) appears at the top of the screen. In that time, the room will collapse and you'll die. Go forward and to the right. You'll see four pillars. Move them out of the way, then hit both switches to open the door. Vader and Anakin have another short fight. Then, the level continues.
In the third part, the platforms slowly crumble. Move quickly. Vader will destroy the Lego structure blocking two switches. Hit them to lower a platform. Go across. Use the Force on the switch to let Vader across, then he'll use the Force on the switch to let you across. Fix the large circular switch, then turn it to raise a platform. On it, the two of you will have another duel, and you'll land on a set of five platforms.
The last part is a set of platforms. Jump across the first five, avoiding the lava. At the last of them, jump to the only one you can reach. Then go to the left, not the right - the right path is for an astromech droid to reach a minikit piece. Keep going to the left until you reach a minikit piece - get it if you want, then go to the right twice and forward once. Jump up onto the tower, which will fall. The final battle begins.
The final boss battle! You and Vader both have ten hearts. (the only time in the game where you can have more than four hearts)
This is a simple battle on a platform with lava on all sides. The platform slowly crumbles, so you have to kill Vader before you run out of space. You can try to outduel him, but it can be hard. An easier way to beat him is to keep attacking until he falls off the edge. Each time, he loses one heart. Repeat until he dies. If you fall into the lava, though, you die.

Ironically, the superkit piece in the first level is rather difficult to get, and the superkit piece in this level is very easy to get. In the second room, get all the studs you can find, and you should be able to easily get enough.
An even easier method is to stay in the first room. Get to the end, then kill yourself. The exploding platforms give you money - more than you lose from dying. Once you get enough, continue to the second part.
Also, an easy way to do the first room is to use an astromech droid and hover.
For the final battle, you can use a droid that enemies won't attack, and simply push your opponent (not neccesarily Darth Vader) off the stage. You could also use an astromech droid's hover to get to a specfic platform - this one won't crumble into the lava. It's along the wall behind the arena, and mostly obscured by smoke. Then, just wait for the platforms your opponent is on to disappear into the lava. When they run out, your enemy will repeatedly bounce up and down on the lava until he/she runs out of hearts.
[edit] End Cutscene
The game ends with Padmé giving birth to Leia and Luke, then dying in childbirth. Darth Sidious finds Anakin's body, then puts on his armor. He immediately regains conciousness, and destroys the machines around him.
