Keep going right along the lower level. Cross the bridge and jump over the gap in the nest bridge. After you climb up the ladder, there should be a key. Next, go to the right in the door. Go down and talk to the woman there. Go out the door next to you and cross the bridge. Go into the lighthouse, go up the stairs and talk to the man. He'll give you the lantern.
