Mattel originally planned to release a variety of their Intellivision software on the Apple II platform. Of the roughly 20 that were scheduled, only 3 were ever released, including Night Stalker and BurgerTime. Lock'n'Chase was released for the Apple II in 1982.
Mattel developed and release Lock'n'Chase for the Atari 2600 in 1982 as part of the M-Network line of games. Although simplistic graphically, it incorporates most of the features found in the arcade game except that it has a symmetrical maze and only one exit out of the bank.
Developed by Mattel in 1982. Except for simplifying the maze in order to fit on the screen, and the monochromatic cops, the Intellivision conversion of this game is quite faithful to the original.
