The boss of Kikai no Kuni is Arumeikon, a giant blue robot, who hovers randomly around the last platform while firing marbles at Alice from his big lower-body-mounted revolving cannon; his point value is 20000.

Once Alice has dropped onto the platform, and the world's theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, start walking forwards by pushing the joystick into the "north-east" position as eight Bacura come tumbling towards you; once you've blown a bubble at each of these, to kill them, you'll come up to three Skulls, that are sitting in place and spitting marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them, to knock them off the edge, you will have to jump onto a small chequered platform that is moving left and right, in order for it to carry you over to the next platform - and once you've jumped onto the next platform six more Bacura will come tumbling towards you. Once you've blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you will come to three more Skulls that are spitting marbles at you; once you've blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge of the platform you'll have to jump onto another small chequered platform that is moving left and right, in order for it to carry you over to the next platform. Once you've jumped onto the next platform, eight more Bacura will come tumbling towards you - and once you've blown a bubble at each of these, to kill them, you'll come to five more Skulls spitting marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at all of these ones, to knock them off the edge, you will come to a Box; once you have blown a bubble at it, to break it open, it will leave a Red Crystal behind. Once you've collected it, you will come to several sections of the platform which are moving left and right - and as you walk over these sections of the platform six more Bacura will come tumbling towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you will come to three Robots that are firing marbles at you; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, you will come to a second Box. Once you have blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave a Blue Crystal behind - and once you have collected it, you will notice that the final section of the platform has six Ball Halls built into it, which will open up and fire a small round of marbles at Alice (who will, once again, not fall down one if she is standing on top of it) before closing again. Once you've blown a bubble at each of them to destroy them, you'll have to jump onto a third small chequered platform moving left and right in order to be carried over to the next platform; once you've jumped onto the next platform, you have to deal with a group of additional Robots that are firing marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them, to knock them off the edge, two Red Naniwa will come rolling towards you on their beach balls - and once you have blown a bubble at both of the beach balls to make them explode the two Naniwa will drop down to the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at both of these Naniwa themselves to knock them off the edge, the platform will narrow into two separate paths; but regardless of which one you take, eight more Bacura will come tumbling towards you just before you come to a third Box. Once you have blown a bubble at it, to break it open, it will leave another Red Crystal behind - and you will now have to walk over several more sections of the platform that are moving left and right, as sixteen more Bacura come tumbling towards you. Once you've blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you'll have to deal with three more groups of additional Robots that are firing marbles at you; once you have blown a bubble at all of these to knock them off the edge, a third beach ball, which does not have a Naniwa standing on it, will come rolling towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at it to make it explode you'll have to jump onto a fourth small chequered platform that is moving left and right in order to be carried over to the next platform (it is small and rectangular), then jump onto a fifth small chequered platform that is moving back and forth in order to be carried over to the fourth boss platform - and once you have jumped onto the boss platform, the "boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 yet again as you are drawn into a battle with Arumeikon: a giant blue robot who attacks by hovering around the platform in a manner similar to that of Miyasha while firing marbles at Alice from his big lower-body-mounted rotating cannon. Once you've blown enough bubbles at him to defeat him, that "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the fourth time, as he explodes and leaves a portal to the next world behind (which Alice will yet again promptly jump into); you'll then for a fourth time in the game receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining.
