Joystick: Use the 8-way joystick to direct Alice across the platforms. The player cannot force her over the edge with just this control.
Firing Button: Use this button to make Alice blow bubbles at her enemies. Pressing it lightly makes her blow a tiny bubble; holding it down generates bigger bubbles.
Jump Button: Use this button to make Alice jump.
1 or 2 Player Buttons: Push these buttons to begin a 1 or 2 player game.

The protagonist of the game.

He appears at the bottom right of the screen to tell the player how much time is left to clear the round in.

When time has run out, he will appear and instantly kill Alice if he touches her. He cannot be destroyed.

When these are destroyed, they will leave powerups behind. Here is a list of them and what they do:

Red Crystal: Will give the player extra points.
Blue Crystal: For a short period of time, Alice will blow enormous bubbles, which can destroy many enemies at once.
Green Crystal: For a short period of time, Alice will blow bubbles in three directions.
Balloon: When this is obtained, Alice will not lose a life if she falls over the edge of the platforms as it will inflate and fly her back up to them.
Mini Rabbit: When this is obtained, a barrier will be formed around Alice for a short period of time that protects her against the enemies' attacks.
Pocket Watch: Will give Alice some extra time to complete the round in.
Boots: Alice can jump incredibly high if she obtains these.
Yellow Crystal: For a short period of time, the enemies will stop moving.
Purple Crystal: Gives Alice a speed boost for a short period of time.
