Rafts[edit]
After escaping Cavi Cape, Bowser must venture through Plack Beach to reach his castle. The trees can be burnt when Bowser learns Fire Breath, and one of them contains the Chakroad.
New Enemy: Toothy
- HP: 28
- Attack: Slide into Bowser. (full body)
- Counter Attack: Punch the Toothy.
- Attack: Spits a spiky ball. Punch the Spiky Ball. (head)
- Note: you must punch a Toothy to knock it's segments away. Then attack the head.
Step on the raft when you see it and punch the wall to bounce away. Punch from the bottom-right blocks and then punch the blocks to the right to change direction to the beach.
Broque Monsieur[edit]
You will find Broque Monsieur, a block collector, stranded on an island when the bridge collapsed. He offers the Vacuum Block if you save him. Bowser is not strong enough to pull the island. Switch to Mario and Luigi and enter the new area in Bowser's body, the Arm Center. What happens is the cannon shoots a ball of energy at the muscle and it bounces towards the Bros. If it is red, it is heading for Mario and green means Luigi. Hit the ball back at the muscle. Eventually the balls power up the muscle and Bowser pulls the island to shore. Broque hands over the Vacuum Block.
Mandatory Battle 1: Broque Monsieur[edit]
Broque Monsieur challenges Bowser as practice for the Vacuum Block. Use the block to inhale Broque into Bowser. He will leave the body quickly but later on Mario and Luigi can attack him from inside. Broque's attacks are simple. One of them involves him eating a Mega Mushroom and charging, where Bowser can punch his head off and hit it for coins. The other is not necessarily an attack, Broque throws a mushroom and sometimes a coin to himself, healing him. He may miss and the mushroom heads for Bowser, healing him. After the battle, you can use this to suck up the bodies of Toothies to raise DEF.
Mandatory Battle 2: Sea Pipe Statue[edit]
At the end of the beach, there is a statue that has gone nuts. You cannot punch it so you must vacuum it's head. Mario and Luigi can then damage it, when it escapes it hits the statue and can be hurt with punches. Just look out for it drilling in Bowser's body. When it is beaten, it returns to normal and spits water out.
Pump Works[edit]
The story now drives to the Pump Works. Read the next section then return and read the end.
Next, Bowser will find Broque Monsieur, with his pet Broggy.
Mandatory Battle 3: Broggy[edit]
Broggy is a fierce dog of Broque's who has gone bananas. Broggy is immune to punches, so Broque Monsieur teachs Bowser fire breath (when it was restored by M&L), to burn Broggy. When he is burnt he turns around and it reveals a bandage. Punch the bandage to deal lots of damage. You also learn shell defense for when he jumps on you. Punch him when he charges and you should win. Remember to return to the start of the level and burn the trees for the Chakroad, then head on to Dimble Wood.
