Kind Goomba is a quest in Mario Party Advance that takes place in Goomba House. If the player is Mario, this is the mandatory first quest.

Starting Conversation[edit]
Goomba: "Howdy! I'm Goomba! Here's the scoop! All these things fell from the sky! Everyone got a mini-game or Gaddget! If you help folks out... They'll give you mini-games and Gaddgets! Would you help me out?"
- Sure! (Goes to Quest Screen)
- "My quest is easy! It's just a tiny little errand! Go to the train station and get me a ticket! Will you do it"
- I'll go.
- "Great, thanks! Listen, the station is to the left of here. All you have to do is get me a ticket!"(Returns you to board with goal)
- Sure thing!
- "You're so energetic! I LOVE that! Listen, the station is to the left of here. All you have to do is get me a ticket!"(Returns you to board with goal)
- I'll go.
- "My quest is easy! It's just a tiny little errand! Go to the train station and get me a ticket! Will you do it"
- No Way!
- "Not interested? Gee, thanks for nothing!"(Ends quest unsuccessfully)
If You Return Without a Ticket[edit]
Goomba: "You're welcome to come back anytime... but with no ticket, my quest isn't over! Listen, the station is to the left of here. All you have to do is get me a ticket!" (Returns you to board)
At Train Station[edit]
Shy Guy: "...Oh, huh-hello. I'm Shy Guy. I'm the stationmaster! Oh, oh... So Goomba's got you on an errand? What did he ask you to do?"
- Buy a ticket.
- "All right! One ticket for Mister Goomba!" You got a ticket!
- I... forgot!
- I'm gone. (Returns you to board unsuccessful)
- What did I need?
- "What did he ask you to do?" (Takes you back to first set of choices)
Returning With a Ticket[edit]
Goomba: "Oh, my ticket! As a reward, you can have a Gaddget!" You got the Egg Roll! "That's how to get mini-games and Gaddgets! So now you're gonna get 'em all, huh? I'm just sad I can't help you out... Good luck! I'll be seeing you!" (Returns you to board successfully)
Strategy[edit]
Simply answer his questions with anything but "no way". On your next roll, go three spaces to the left to the Train Station. There, answer Shy Guy's questions with anything but "I'm gone." Then return to Goomba for a Gaddget.
