These are the Robot Masters Mega Man faces during the game. The last two bosses, Time Man and Oil Man, are only in the Powered Up remake.
The original Doctor Right Series only had nine robots that were numbered- Proto Man, Rock, Roll, and the six industrial robots (DRN. 000 - 008). However, Mega Man: Powered Up! added an additional two industrial robots into the storyline for retcon purposes (because all subsequent games had eight robot masters), and although their serial numbers are not given, most people have assigned Time Man as DRN. 009 and Oil Man as DRN. 010. However, this conflicts with the original numbering system, because Metal Man is listed as DWN. 009 and Air Man is listed as DWN. 010 (both from Mega Man 2). As such, some list Time Man and Oil Man as DRN. 009? and DRN. 010? to denote this numerical conflict.

Cut Man was designed by Light and Wily to serve as a lumberjack, with a powerful saw-toothed, scissor-like instrument protruding from his head, capable of gnawing through giant forest timbers.
Guts Man was designed by Light and Wily to be a bulldozing robot, capable of lifting and moving tremendous boulders and objects otherwise unmovable.
Ice Man was designed by Light and Wily to be impervious to chilling sub-zero temperatures, capable of human-like performances under extreme climactic conditions.
Bomb Man was designed by Light and Wily to be a "heavy-duty blaster" who used intensely powerful explosives to clear lands for Light Labs construction projects.
Fire Man was designed by Light and Wily to melt and mold metals with the flame-throwing torch flaring from atop his head.
Elec Man is Light and Wily's "electrifying creation"- planned for conducting electrifying operations- even supervising nuclear power plants.
Time Man was designed by Light and Wily as an experiment with temporal alteration. The experiment with Time Man would largely influence Wily's design of Flash Man (Mega Man 2). Time Man's ability to slow down the passage of time allows him to access areas that are otherwise inaccessible and makes work far more efficient, which is why he was designed in the first place.
Oil Man was created by Light and Wily as a robot capable of cleaning up oil spills and working with oil crews. His weapon, the "Oil Slider," allows him to slide around quickly and attack his targets or reach previously inaccessible areas. Additionally, he does not slide on oil slicks.
