Mega Man Zero/Underground Laboratory

Getting ready[edit]

As soon as the game starts, open the menu. Press L or R and check the options. You can adjust the joypad configuration to get more confortable.

Stage walkthrough[edit]

The walkthrough follows these criteria: (1) get high score; (2) clear game with all cyber-elves. Some cyber-elves can be obtained after the mission, but getting them during the mission will take time, thus lowering the score.

	The first part of the stage is infested by spiders. Securipiders (セキュリパイダ, securipaida^?) hang from the ceiling and shoot aither bullets of spidersilk. Spider Nests (クモーテル, kumoteru^?, "spider nest") spit out Hoppiders (ホッパイダー, hoppaida^?). Destroy five Spider Nests to get the Cyber-Elf Stoccue. Be careful: there are just four spidernests in the stage. All you have to do is destroy the first one, backdrop a little, then continue onwards so that one will respawn.
	After the fourth spider nest, enemies change completely: now you face blue Pantheon Guardians and reddish Floppers. Destroy five Pantheon Guardians to get the Cyber-Elf Stocchu.

BOSS: the Golem[edit]

Shoot at its head, but don't hit Ciel. After doing enough damage, a mysterious figure gives you the Z-Saber. Open the menu and equip it. One single hit with the saber will destroy the Golem.

Z-Saber: obtained during the boss fight.

Before the next mission[edit]

Resistance base and underground laboratory[edit]

Underground laboratory
	Cyber-Elf Nuppie: transfer back to the Underground Laboratory; this box is found in a higher room, together with 16 Energy Crystals.
	Cyber-Elf Clocpah: found at the leftmost end of Zero's hibernation chamber.
	This is a great spot to earn energy crystals and to raise the level of your weapons.
Resistance base
	Cyber-Elf Beevoize: walk in the door behind Ciel; it only opens if you have an A or S ranking.
	Cyber-Elf Fureff: find the hungry reploid near the engine room and give him 250 EC, then go in the room beyond him. In Mega Man Zero 2 you will learn that this reploid's name is Hibou, i.e. Owl.
