(After this, give body blows only when adviced to do so)

Don Flamenco is one of the easiest boxers in the game to beat. He will not punch unless you punch him first. So punch him, dodge his counterpunch, and punch him left-right-left-right until he hits the mat. When he gets up, he will throw an uppercut. Just dodge it and keep doing this until you get KO or TKO.
Alternatively, when he gets up, just repeatedly throw left body blows. You'll counter his special and take him down after about four hits.
He's invincible unless you exploit his weakness. Give him a quick punch to his mouth when he opens it and then give him body blows.
During the first minute, punch-dodge-punch (dodge to the side). Repeat until the first minute has past. Then give bodyblows with the hand that's on the side that he's gaining his strength from (start with left and take in turns). Hit him while he's down (gaining his strength) to get stars. When you have three, start using them by counter-punching first and upper-cut when he's stunned. You should win by TKO before he starts with magic. If you don't, then block five times and punch when he gives that easy opportunity to.
Give two fast blows to his face the second the fight starts (you get a star) and give an upper-cut. One blow, uppercut, one blow, uppercut... until he's down. After that dodge and counter-punch as much as you can. When he's doing his "Bull-charge", give him a body blow when he's close enough (even the best players sometimes fail). The timing for the Bull-charge is the same as the beginning screen when you push
(BOOM-boom-boom, BOOM-boom-boom, BAM!). Hit him with a body blow on the BAM! (He is probably going to try his jabs at some time after you dropped him once, but using the tactic you used in the beginning won't work. You'll have to use your stars when he's NOT stunned, unlike with the most opponents. You can gain a star when he's rolling his hands by hitting his face with left but that's not recommended.)
