[edit] What heroes are available?
Heroes are handled a little differently. You can recruit a hero for free from your faction's capital, and with around 8-10 influence you can hire a hero from your ally's capital. So you can easily get at least two heroes.
Ulfas is in Edoras, ? Mablung is in Minas Tirith, ? is in Isengard, ? is in Morannon
You can also ask the leader of any friendly town (other than the capitals) to join you if you have 150+ influence points.
[edit] How do I access the armory?
Once you have around 150 influence (the minimum purchase price of an item in the armory) you can access it and purchase things from it with influence rather than gold.
[edit] Can I attack enemy centers?
No, there are no castle sieges in this mod.
