Mythos/Puzzle Box combinations

Box combinations, also known as recipes (a term made popular by predecessor Diablo 2) or simply combinations, are hidden blueprints for upgrading and crafting items. Some items made using the puzzle box will turn out to be completely random, for instance amulets and rings.
To use a box combination, you must first get Zivia's Puzzle Box from the related quest in Tulin's Hope. Once you have this item in your possesion, you can open it by right clicking on it, then placing the necessary items inside. When ready, hit the button labeled "create."
Currently armor and weapons cannot be created using the puzzle box. Know, however, that when it does, the following items will be used as reagents to craft specific weapons:
