Special Edition Cheats

Type in these "go" cheats to make all of the cars one of these cars. When you type in one of the 'go' cheats, you will be the only car on the road driving that vehicle. In order to drive it with all the other civilian cars, type in the rushhour cheat and then a go cheat.

• - Type roadrage at the main menu so that when you honk your horn when an opponent is in front of you, your opponent will crash.
• - Type mad at the main menu to have cows fly behind you instead of dust (3dfx only).
• - Hold h while racing to give your car a short speed boost (the slot cheat must be enabled).
• - Type slot at the main menu to enable "slot mode" in the Player Car menu (note that you must be in either Arcade or Wild modes). This will automatically turn your car for you so that you will only have to hold the accelerator button.
• - Type chase at the main menu to make opponent cars follow you if you are in front of them. You can make them drive over jumps, make them crash etc.
• - Type n when the race is loading for nighttime racing (not available with 3dfx).
• - Type rain at the main menu to race with rain conditions in the Proving Grounds or Mystic Peaks track (not available with 3dfx).
• - Type slip at the main menu to get slippery tracks.
• - Type pioneer at the main menu to replace all the cars engines with Pioneer engines. This will make the cars faster and give them better handling.
• - Type rushhour at the main menu to get a lot of traffic on the road.
• - Type hollywood at the main menu to unlock Monolithic Studios.
• - Type bomber at the main menu to unlock the Bomber BFS.
• - Type fzr2000 at the main menu to unlock the FZR 2000.
• - Type tombstone at the main menu to unlock the Tombstone.
• - In order to get 9 camera views, choose all your options as normal in the menu and then hit RACE. When the loading screen comes up, press and hold Shift Right, B, and C buttons. The B button is for the above view and the C button is for all the other extra views.

To allow player two in split-screen mode to also drive one of the above cars, you must enter the cheat again but instead of 'me' at the end, type it in with 'u' at the end.

• - In order to get 9 camera views, select a race and press and hold , , , , , , , and (all four trigger and all four action buttons) until the race begins. You can now select between 9 camera views instead of 4.
