  1. Go to "A Dark Alley" and shoot a photo of H. Allan Eagler while he has his suitcase open, showing the guns to the jellybean guys. Sell the photo to Conglomerated Press (if you don't, Willits will be angry and you won't get a tip you need in order to catch Freddie Fredericks in a compromising situation).
  2. Go to the Blue Fug. (The tip you get here appears to be bad. This guy probably doesn't like or trust you.)
