Strategy: Use Lakilester in this fight. Bring lots of Repel Gels, Super Mushrooms, Maple Syrups and a couple of Life Mushrooms. Make sure your star power, HP and FP are full. Start by attacking with Star Storm, and finish off the Tuff Puffs with Spiny Surge. Repeat, Focusing every opportunity. Rapidly press A when the Tuff Puffs attack or Huff N. Puff sends out wind. When Huff N. Puff turns electric, either apply Repel Gel or switch to Lady Bow and use Outta Sight. Remember to recharge your HP and FP. When you have almost defeated him, finish him off with Star Storms, Power Jumps or Spiny Surges, or another strong attack. Weather-based attacks do not work on Huff N. Puff. Recommended badges: Close Call, Group Focus, Deep Focus, Power Jump,
