On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness: Episode One is a video game based on the webcomic Penny Arcade, and the first in the Penny Arcade Adventures series.

Announced on August 25, 2006, the opening day of that year's Penny Arcade Expo, it is a 3D action-adventure that will be distributed episodically several times a year via download.

The game was released on May 21, 2008 on Windows, Mac and Linux for $19.95, and Xbox Live Arcade for 1600 . Due to compatibility problems with the Torque Engine and PlayStation 3 hardware, the PlayStation Network version of the game was delayed, but has since been confirmed with a release date of late fall 2008.
