While there is not an awful lot to do in this game, they have included extras, such as being able to let your puppy interact with most items and play minigames whatever time you like.
Painting[edit]
From the main menu, you can select painting. From here, you can choose to see previously saved pictures or do another one. When you click on Paint, a picture will appear on the top screen of a breed of dog. On the touch screen, there will be an outlined drawing of the same dog. There are also a variety of colours on the right side. Tap the colour you want to use and then start painting!
There is no time limit to painting, but you only have a limited amount of paint! When you run out you'll have to stop, so try not to use too much to colour it in and then go back and edit it if you want. On average, a painting usually only uses about 50% of the paint anyway.
When your work of art is finished, select end in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you want to save your picture, click on save and select one of the five save slots. If a picture has already been saved in the slot you select, a picture of it will appear on the top screen. When the magnifying glass icon is hovering over the slot you want to save the picture in, select ok. If a picture was already saved there, it will be deleted.
Click on view if you want to look at your saved paintings. Then tap on the file and if a painting is saved there it will appear on the top screen.
Interacting with objects[edit]
Most objects (furniture, toys, electronics, etc.) can be interacted with by your puppy. Just wait until they are in view on the screen and tap on them, and the puppy closest to it (not necessarily your puppy) will go to it and interact. Whilst your puppy is interacting with an object you cannot zoom in or out with the camera.
If you tap on a bowl of food or water, your puppy will eat it and it will disappear. But it isn't lost; by looking in the 'General' section of your items page you will find them back there again. Food and Water bowls also disappear the next day if not used.
