Pokémon Diamond and Pearl/Route 222

Route 222

You won't be able to access this route until the events at Spear Pillar are completed. This route leads to Sunyshore City and your last Gym badge. It's a beach with many fishers and other trainers on it. Also one of the buildings is the home of the Pikachu fan club. To get all the items on this route you will need Pokémon with Cut, Rock Smash and Surf.

Start out by going east and northwest through the grass. You will stumble upon three paths and at the end of the middle one is a hidden Full Restore. Head back east and face Rich Boy Trey. There are two stairs to your east, the south one goes to the beach with the fishers and the north one goes behind the houses. Take the northern stairs and to your left is a berry patch. Continue east along the jumpable ledge and at the end is a Honey. Go back west and go up the stairs to your right. Continue on the path and you will face Beauty Nicola. Continue east and go down the stairs. Go left before the next set of stairs and follow that path to another set of stairs to go up. Go left into the grass and in the bare spot is a hidden Ultra Ball. Turn around and go past the stairs you came up on to find a cuttable tree. Behind the cuttable tree is a Carbos. Head back to the stairs and go down them then follow the path to the other stairs you saw earlier. Go up the stairs to the right and talk to the guy to get TM56 Fling. Continue east and you will see Policeman Thomas who will only battle you at night. Continue east and you will find Sailor Marc and Tuber Connor whom can be fought as a double battle if you want. Go down the stairs to the left and head onto the beach. To the left smash the breakable rock and go to the grass on the cliff. In the northwestern bare spot is a hidden Honey. Go down the stairs and Surf to the grass to the right. Two tiles south from the northern bare spot is a hidden Big Mushroom. Go back to the beach and go west to find and battle Tuber Holly. To your left is Fisherman Cole. To his left is Fisherman Brett. To his left is Fisherman George. To his left is Fisherman Alec. Turn around and go through the beach again and go up the stairs and continue following the path ahead to battle Sailor Luther. Continue straight through the gatehouse and you will be in Sunyshore City.

One house on the beach is home to a fisherman who will give you a Net Ball if you catch a Remoraid at the weight that he wants. The other house is the Pikachu Fan Club house which has a man and alot of Pikachu inside it. One of the Pikachus is actually Poké Kid Janet who you can battle.
