Pokémon Diamond and Pearl/Route 223

Route 223 is the last route before you go up against Victory road and the Elite Four. It is mostly a sea route, with lots of rocks along the way. The only trainers here are swimmers and one sailor. At the end of a route is a waterfall. If you have not defeated Volkner at the Sunyshore gym, you cannot reach Victory Road.
