This page will tell you specific turn-by-turn directions on how to defeat each boss.
[edit] Boss 2: Drowzee
Ok, this should be your second boss so far. However, this time the boss isn't as easy.
First up, if you have any sleep/stun/etc. seeds, throw them at Drowzee. If not, use something like Smokescreen. If you don't have anything like this, it'll be much harder.
Anyway, just pound Drowzee with your best attacks and you'll win in no time. Use Oran Berries when needed.

OMG! IT"S GROUDON????
Ok, start same as your last boss battle: Seeds and Disabling moves. Once Groudon is under the influence of one of your skills or seeds, begin attacking. Because of Groudon's Ground Type, Grass and Water work really well here. If not, just use your strongest attacks. Don't forget those juicy Oran Berries!
