The Outskirt Stand is little more than a Poké Mart. head up to the door and you will be greeted by the travelling Mirror B. who wishes to battle you. He has three Lombres, a Ludicolo, and a shadow Nosepass. Flying or Bug type moves will take care of the Lombres and Ludicolo, while any good water or grass move will do for Nosepass. Since you don't have the Snag Machine you won't be able to catch the Nosepass yet, but don't worry since you can get him later. After the battle, head inside and talk to Hordel who will ask you to help the Shadow Togepi he found. Leave the store and you'll receive an E-mail detailing where the Team Snagem base is located. Before you can head there though, you will have to battle Rider Willie. Rider Willie has two Zigzagoons and two Linoones. Use Fighting moves if you have them, but as long as you don't use anything ghost type you shouldn't have too much trouble. After the battle you can either head to the hideout, or you can work on purifying that shadow Togepi. If you bring the Togepi back to Hordel after it's been purified he will trade you an Elekid for it. The Elekid knows great moves when you get it, so it may be worth the work. When you're ready, head out to the Snagem Hideout.
