Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen are remakes of the original Game Boy Pokémon games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, respectively. Unlike Pokémon Red and Blue, this game has many updates over the original games. The graphics are slightly improved, the pokedex is enhanced, and these games are compatible with Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. There are also the new Sevii islands, Johto Pokémon, the VS seeker, the Fame Checker, new move tutors, Wireless Features, the Trainer Tower, event Pokémon changes, compatibility with Mystery Gift, two-island minigames, Berry Crushing, slight change in your Trainer Card, TMs and HMs that weren't in Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, a Help feature, the ability to fix the Berry Glitch in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
