Get inside the command center[edit]
When you arrive on the planet a cutscene will play informing you of your objectives, and then Slim Cognito will inform you that the Plasma Coil is available at his shop for 250,000 bolts. There is an auto-vendor nearby with no new weapons. A lot of the furniture nearby is destructible for lots of extra bolts. As you move forward, 5 small enemies will attack shooting lasers. Descend the steps and there will be a few more.
Turn left and around the corner is another of the giant robots that was guarding the bridge of the Phoenix. He will not follow very far, so you can retreat if necessary. Once he's defeated, walk down the street. In the next area, many little Troopers will attack. There is a Jackpot crate in the area, and if you have the Bolt Grabber V2, you can Hyper-Strike the ground near the buildings to break all the nearby crates and any breakable terrain for lots of extra bolts.
Once the area is clear, follow the street to a pair of doors guarded by two more small Troopers. The doors will open to reveal two Security Robots and further behind them another giant robot. Quickly defeat the two bots, and once you're inside the building, the giant robot won't be able to hit you with the rockets he shoots into the air. There is also some health in there.
Long jump across the gap, and 5 Troopers will attack. Finish them off and collect bolts from all the breakables in the area. On the right are a number of black boxes leading to the next area. Before entering, Hyper-strike the ground to clear up the area.
When you enter, a giant robot and a number of Troopers will attack. After that, two Security Robots will enter, and then a few more Troopers. Once the area is secure, collect all the bolts by destroying any breakables. Proceed to the end of the area and follow the path around the large walls where your progress will be saved at a Continue Point. There is also an Auto-Vendor ahead.
Access big gun control panel[edit]
As you enter this next area, a large dropship will fly in shooting at you. It will drop off five Security Robots and then fly away. Defeat them then collect all the crates in the area. Jump up to the first ledge to the right to scout out the next area. There are three Security Robots on the ground, and two more on the ledge above them. There are a few more in the next area behind them, who will also approach when you begin attacking. Once you've cleared the first room, as you enter the second room a few more robots will run in. There are a lot of crates, and a Jackpot crate on the right side.
In the next room will be two enemies, and three on the raised ledge. There are four Security Robots on the incline in the next circular room. At the top of the incline are another three Security Robots and a giant robot. Just behind him is an inferno crate and as you get near, four Security Robots will approach, and if you get near them, three more will join them.
At the end of the hall, inside the room, is another giant robot. When you get close enough to attack, two flying Security Robots will materialize. Defeat them, and to the right will be an opening where the dropship will return to shoot at you. For it's size, it's fairly easy to defeat with the weapons you have by now.
Cross the bridge into the room for a cutscene. You will receive the quest Battle your way to the launch site on Mylon. Use the teleporter to return to your ship.
