The Rhythm Depilation stage involves plucking hairs out of various vegetables. The vegetable sits in the middle of the screen at the top, and has multiple hairs sticking out of its bottom. The hairs appear from the vegetable in beat with the music, and after they all appear, a pair of tweezers appear that you control, and you have to match the beat that was created by the hairs when they appeared. For the most part, the hairs are pulled out by tapping A or a direction on the d-pad, but some hairs, which are curled, require you to hold down the button to pull them out. Sometimes the hairs are very closely together and hard to get if you cannot tap the A button fast enough. To get these, it's best to go back and forth between the d-pad and the A button. If you pull the hair out where nothing is left, that is a perfect hit. If you attempt to pluck it and end up cutting it in half, it's a half-hit. If you miss a hair or fail to pull a curly hair out, it's a miss. If you pluck every hair on the vegetable, the vegetable's face will look relieved, and a ding noise will play.

This section describes each sequence of the level.

The first part of the level has four hairs. It's very simple.
The second part has four hairs, but the third one is curly.
The third part has five hairs, with two hairs on either side and three in the middle. The fourth hair from the right is curly.

The seventh part has three hairs in the middle, with a third curly hair.

The ninth part is the same as the seventh part.
The tenth part has ten hairs, with the first five starting at the beginning. After that is a break, and then five more hairs after that.
The 11th part has 11 hairs and is mostly like the tenth part, but has a hair right in the middle of the tenth part's break.
The 12th part is the same as the tenth part.
The 13th part has 13 hairs, and has no breaks in between hairs.
