The bosses are listed below in the best order to fight them. Many won't appear until you beat earlier ones, and you can't enter the school until you beat all the bosses scattered through the city. You can beat up bosses as often as you want, and they drop the same amount of cash every time. In order for a boss to appear in an area you often have to clear it of regular gang members first. When defeated, some bosses will give a tip to the location of the boss you should fight next. If you've beaten them before, however, they'll say something different.
Like gang members, bosses heal completely if you leave the screen.

Moose is a very straightforward boss. He can jump straight out of grabs, but otherwise acts just like a harder gang member. If you have problems you can climb onto the walls (

to launch flying attacks, and if you want to escape you can climb onto the walls and made your way to the right and north to the Waterfront Mall. Note that, like all bosses and gang members, he will heal completely if you leave the screen.
Benny and Clyde are fairly difficult at first. You will want to have as many skills leveled up as possible. Note that there is water to the right. They can throw you in there and you can do the same to them, but you won't get any money. You will, however, get to move onto the next boss. A cheap way of beating them is to rush up while they stand there talking to you; the longer the text delay is set in the settings the longer it will take them to say their piece, so on Slow you can deal a fair bit of damage to one or both before they start attacking.
Rocko fights like Moose, but is faster and has a love of weapons. After you beat him you have to fight the Zombies, four bosses with similar abilities.
Sherman Park, previously occupied by random gang members, is now home to Blade. He has excellent blocking abilities and can hit very hard.
Turk fights like Blade. Since there are no obstacles this battle will be harder.
Mojo fights much the same as Blade and Turk. He loves throwing, but once he gets a weapon he won't try to throw you. Ideally, bring a rock with you (it's the weakest weapon) and chuck it to him, and he should end up grabbing it and fighting at a disadvantage.
Thor is the last of the Zombies, and as before you have to fight the previous ones before you can fight him. He fights the same way as the other Zombies.
Benny & Clyde fight much the same as last time, just with higher stats. Once you're strong enough to take them on regularly you can battle them a few times, pop into Pop's Health Club for a Sauna, and then repeat the process.
Ivan is very, very tough. He even has a special head-butt attack. Book techniques are essential at this point.
Otis uses jump attacks and loves throwing. Book techniques and high stats will really help here.
Tex fights similarly to Otis, but he also has a special weapon attack. If you have some technique books equipped and keep him weaponless he should go down fairly easily.
The Double Dragon theme starts playing when you face these bosses. They are very fast, and love using double-team attacks. You will want to have at least one technique book equipped for this battle. If you bring a chain and have Grand Slam equipped you may be able to keep them at bay. If you end up trapped between them they'll make short work of you.
Slick is actually easier than the Dragon Twins. If you manage to bring a chain all this way you can use it to force him into a corner and then beat him senseless.
