After taking out Thor, you exit out of the factory into the uninhabited downtown region of Oak Hill. Head through the alley on the right to reach the final mall.
Oak Hill Mall[edit]
Like Flatirons, the Oak Hill Mall is quite large and features two book stores. Unlike Flatirons, you kind of enter in the middle of it, so it's a quick walk to the east portion of the mall, but you run the risk of missing out on a few stores to the west.
On the far right, The Tea Bag has a variety of useful items that are affordable, like the Fresh Juice or Lemon Tea if you've been knocked down a bit and want to replenish your Will Power (although you may wish to hold off until you leave the mall and see what's in Burb Village.) Kate's Cookies is like the candy store in Flatirons Mall, and is an economical way to target boosts to specific stats.
Over on the east side of the mall, Hack's Chicken Shack has a lot of cheaper items, but none of them really have the same return on investment as the items in The Tea Bag. Although you can get a Smile for free, and for no real benefit. However, the Cedar Street Drugs actually has a few useful items that you may want to stock up on if you can afford them. Heading out with a Date Saver or a Love Potion can help you replenish lost Stamina in the middle of battle if you find yourself close to passing out.
If you just have a lot of money to burn, consider buying books for any techniques that you haven't acquired yet.

Stepping out of the Oak Hill Mall, you'll run into your old pals Benny and Clyde again. They'll be looking for a rematch, but they're no more difficult than the first time you ran into them. You can knock them both out before they even finish talking. In fact, they'll return every time you come here, so you can keep hitting them up for a good amount of money.
They happen to be standing in front of a Health Club (or a bath house in the Japanese version), which you can head inside for a relaxing break that will restore both Will Power and Stamina. And all for less than you can get off of Benny and Clyde each time you defeat them, so they practically treat you to the experience.

Moving on to the rest of the Burb Village, this is normal gang territory like you've been in before. However, now that you're in one of the better neighborhoods, the gangs that operate here drop a bit more cash than before. If you're on your way to fight Ivan, don't waste time losing Stamina to the gang members here. Run through and head through the alley in the back to reach the high school.

You've finally reached the high school where your girlfriend is being held captive. But you won't get through those gates until you defeat Ivan. In order to make him appear, you must have defeated Thor, and four gang members in this area. Then head right and Ivan will burst through the gates.
He will threaten to defeat you with his headbutt. Don't give him the chance. If he manages to land some blows on you, he is unlikely to give you long enough of a break to counter attack. Move up and down to throw him off his game and attack him when he lines back up with you. Take him out and you'll be able to access the gates to the high school.
Before you head in, maybe pay another visit to the Health Club, or buy some items to bring with you from the pharmacy in Oak Hills Mall. Hanging onto your money won't do you much good since there won't be any other opportunities to spend it once you are far enough into the High School.
