The entire minigame is in a multi combat area, so you can have many enemies attacking at the same time. The Fight Caves starts you off with an easy level 22 bat-like enemy called Tz-Kih, they have 10 HP, however each time they attack (even if they don’t' hit you) you will lose one prayer point. After this round, you are attacked by TWO of these. Take them down and a level 45 monster resembling Jabba the Hutt called a Tz-Kek spawns and attacks. This is no danger for high level players, they only hit 7's and have 20HP. When you cause damage to this guy you get hit a 1, similar to the effects of a ring of recoil. When one is killed, it splits into two level 22 mini-Tz-Keks, these are very easy to kill. They DON'T drain prayer and you DON'T take damage when you hit them. After one phase of one Tz-Kek, you get one Tz-Kek and one Tz-Kih, one Tz-Kek and two Tz-Kih, and then two Tz-kek, and then the level 90 Tok-Xil attacks. These monsters have spikes on their backs which they can shoot at people as a powerful range attack. They are recommended by Jagex as the 2nd enemy to kill after the Prayer-draining Tz-Kih. They hit me for 17 damage with full rune and an amulet of glory. They are weaker with melee, so I suggest attacking them up close and using Protect from Missiles. After one of those, you fight one Tok-Xil and one Tz-Kih, one Tok-Xil and two Tz-Kih, one Tok-Xil and one Tz-Kek, one Tok-Xil, one Tz-Kek and one Tz-Kih, then one Tok-Xil, one Tz-Kek and two Tz-Kih, after that is one Tok-Xil and two Tz-Kek, and finally Two Tz-Kek. Then the level 180 Yt-MejKot attacks. These hit fairly high with melee (up to 25) but have no range attack. They do, however, have a very irritating healing spell they use, starting once they are half-way dead. After this is dead you go through the usual cycle of baddies, ending with TWO Yt-MejKots.

After these, very strong enemies spawn. The next one you must fight on your own are level 360 Ket-Zeks, which are stronger than the Kalphite Queen. It attacks with magic and melee, and it's maximum melee damage is 45. The usual enemy cycle takes place after the first Ket-Zek, ending with the demented battle of TWO KET-ZEKS!

Finally you get to the toughest monster in the game, the level 702 TzTok-Jad. This monster attacks with a ranged attack of rocks, which has a maximum damage of 95. It also has very strong magic attacks, which takes the form of a fireball and can also do up to 95 damage. Without doubt this is the toughest monster to defeat in all of RuneScape. Because of the sheer difficulty of this minigame, the Fire Capes revered as a status symbol of great strength and power.

To beat this idiot, you MUST have protection prayers. If you have ranged or magic left, get TzTok-Jad from behind a rock. If you are fighting him with melee, have Protect from Melee on at all times unless he is preparing a mage or range attack. When he stands up on his back legs, TURN ON PROTECT FROM MAGE before you get hit by the magic attack! When he lifts his back legs, TURN ON PROTECT FROM MISSILES before you get hit by rocks! When this fiend is at half health, four level 180 Yt-HurKots appear and heal TzTok-Jad. You either kill them all or attack them all once. Either way, they'll stop healing him. Food and Prayer are a MUST here.

TADA! you have conquered the mightiest beast in the game!

For those who still get a rush from risking their items and trying to get the elusive Dragon Chainmail, the Kalphite Queen is still the best monster to kill. But for those who desire to prove their power and endurance, the TzHarr Fight Cave is the place in which to face your deepest and darkest fears.
