In several places within Shenmue, you'll find Jukeboxes that allow you to listen to various pieces from the game's soundtrack, although only the first four tracks on each jukebox are unique to that location. They can also be a helpful way to check out what music will be on a tape before you buy it.

Playing a tune will cost ¥100.

The first four tracks on each jukebox are unique to that box, but the remaining tracks are the same on every machine:
