First start by grabbing the rings and hit the spring. Then go on to the vine for some serious sliding. Slide onto the speed boost and then keep running over the wood. Then use super speed just as you leave the ramp to get on top of the 360 loop. Along here you will get more bonuses than if you fall, although they both lead to a trampoline. Then on the bungee-spring, jump down for a ring bonus. Then take the bungee-spring again and go up and try and grab the balloon in the air. After that go and take the bungee rope to get another balloon. Then use the spring and go upside down and come round right. Afterwards, beat the two enemies and jump on the flying enemy (being careful of the retracting spikes). Go to the rebounding springs and get the checkpoint.

After that go down to the trampoline, which is where the special generator is. Then use the trampoline to bounce up to the platform. Jump on to the top of the loop, which has a magnetic barrier. Take the road and get to the next checkpoint.

Use the ramp to get to a spring. Then do some more sliding. Use the speed boost to get to a loop. Go on it, and take the bungee-rope to get a balloon then keep going, and you will reach the exit.

[edit] Boss

This boss is simple. All you have to do is jump on it's head when it slams it down. Be careful of when it puts it head down and it rolls towards you. Jump over this.
