After a brief intro, you will see a man called Dave. You will now get a tutorial on movement. After you have completed it, Jeena will give you a new message to go to the spaceport. After you leave the Training Center you will briefly chat to Aldous. Behind Aldous is the door to the spaceport. Go and talk to Jeena and she will show you the new spaceship. Afterwards, you will see a cutscene with Professor Kate and her assistant, Hank. Then you meet the High Krawl, and you get back to the patrol cruiser. Then you see a cutscene with Aldous and Maja. Then Commander Grant will ask you to get weapons.

After a brief explanation of a save pod, you go and get your weapons and talk to Dave. He will give a tutorial on them. Then get back to your cruiser and go to the Service Bay. You will then have four Krawl battles, each with Blova. You get a tutorial with each battle. Afterwards, talk to Kate and Hank and then go back to Commander Grant. He will say to wait, and you will go to the Weapons Center to do some excavating. Make sure that you excavate at least one fossil before you leave as you will need it. Before you leave make sure you buy what you need. South of the museum is a rich place for excavating.
