Downtown has a lot of people who need to be evacuated, but the robots stole the steering wheels. You can explore the lower area of downtown, check out the rooftops, or explore the remains of the Sea Needle. The quests are:
- Ms. Puff's quest: Find the steering wheels all over Downtown Bikini Bottom.
- Bubble Buddy's quest: Find a way to get to the lighthouse and defeat the robots inside.
- Gary's quest: Switch to Sandy and get to the rooftops.
- Larry the Lobster's quest: Take a shiny new tv connector and replace the old connector.
- Mr. Krabs's quest: Destroy all tikis in the Sea Needle with a bungee cord.
- Other quest: Use Sandy on the button with the clam next to it in the rooftops. Use the hooks to go to the other end. There's also the SpongeBob quest, but the Cruise Bubble is required. Also, in the lower area, there's a statue. In order to get the spatula, you have to destroy the tikis and hit the buttons to destroy the cannon. You can use the cruise bubble, trick the cannons to destroy the thunder tiki, or try to jump on the street lights and hit the tiki.
