Capture the forward command post[edit]

The giant arrow near the top of the screen marks your first objective.
While you're capping, watch for stray enemies.
Take both of these out.

There's nothing strange about this objective. You start the game with 60 reinforcements, and first you must take the command post at the top of the stairs in front of you. The easiest way to do this is not to run ahead, but to walk at the same speed as your allies and use them as distractions while you run for the command post. Use a grenade to clear out the top of the stairs, and keep your crosshair pointed down the hallway. Your troops have your back. Another way to capture this is to hop onto the AT-RT near the spawn and fight your way to the point; however, this can be considerably slower than going on foot, as the walker is hard to control in the bumpy terrain between you and the post.

Destroy the particle cannon turrets[edit]

Switch to a heavy trooper (the one with a rocket launcher) and fire one rocket at each of the turrets. You should be able to hit both of them from within about 3 meters of the command post. Aim at the base of the turret, because the top moves quite a bit. If you used the AT-RT, go ahead and use the mortar launchers on that.

If you can't destroy the turrets or they are taking no damage, first try firing a rocket at it with the heavy trooper. If that still causes no damage make sure you've completed the first objective above. Before you can destroy the turrets you MUST take the forward command post and complete that objective.

Destroy the generators to power down the shields[edit]

Hop over this shield and attack the generator.

After completing the previous objective you will have unlocked the Jedi hero Ki-Adi-Mundi. Take advantage of his lightsaber and destroy the shield generators just behind each of the two shields (simply hop over the energy fields to do this).

Capture the northwestern command post[edit]

Now you have to backtrack a little bit. The command post you're looking for is near the first shield. It should be guarded by two or three units, no match for your lightsaber. Just hang out around there until the CP is taken.

A few slashes is plenty for destroying this.

Destroy the Energy Collector Core[edit]

There are two parts to this objective. First you have to destroy more shield generators. So sprint down the street towards the tower at the back of the map. The shield generators are behind the tower, so run around and find them. Be careful not to ignore the MagnaGuard that is guarding one of them; his rockets pack a punch! (A note here though: if you're still playing Ki-Adi-Mundi, there is an opening above the shields that you can Force-jump through instead of destroying the generators).

Once you have destroyed two of the three generators, you can go inside and lay waste to their energy core. Again, watch out for the enemy units guarding it. This time it's a Droideka. The easiest way to kill these as Jedi is to keep running around them, slashing at their shields from behind. Their turning speed is quite slow, so you won't have any trouble.

Acquire the power crystals from the energy core[edit]

Here's a hint: whenever this game says "acquire," it means "pick up and return to your rear command post." So that's what you have to do. Pick up the power crystals (white glowing object on the ground in front of the collector core) and run back to your starting CP. If you still have Ki-Adi-Mundi, remember that you cannot use your Jedi jump ability while you have the "flag" (objects like this are treated like flags in "capture the flag" levels by the game). Likewise, if you're a Jet Trooper (which is what you should probably pick if you get killed while playing as Ki-Adi-Mundi), you cannot use the jetpack while carrying the object. If you're any normal soldier, just ignore all enemy units except AATs. Those things can do a lot of damage really fast, so it's advised that you hide behind something in the landscape if you meet one of them.

If you die as the Jedi, go for these fast units.
Try to avoid these guys.
Stick to one of these bridges.

When you're near the first point you captured, you'll run into three Droidekas and probably a couple AATs; to avoid them, take one of the bridges that the particle cannon turrets used to be on. Stick to the outside of the bridge, and enemy units won't be able to shoot at you. When you're safely back at base, just approach the gunship to complete the mission.
