  • Democracy: Best morale of all types of government, but are banned from producing nuclear weapons.
  • Socialism: Increased population growth. Neutral effect on morale.
  • Directorship: Doubles the chance to gain a research. Slightly negative effect on morale.
  • Prison: Decreases morale approximately 3 points/hr. +50% construction and Weapons Factory production. Researching does not produce any results with Prison government.
