After the two fighters from one of the first four countries are defeated in Street Fighter a bonus stage takes place. There are four in total and split into two types. The first and third stages are block breaking stages where the player must tap the fierce button at the right time to have enough power to break the bricks. The more bricks broken and the less time used in doing so, the more points awarded. The second and fourth stages involve breaking several boards held by guys in yellow pants. All the boards must be broken before the time limit expires to get points.
