After having grown up in a relatively sheltered European family, Blair Dame enthusiastically chose to travel around the world with a friend, eventually deciding to join the martial arts tournament at the core of Street Fighter EX. Though her friend felt uneasy with that, Blair convinced her that between a bodyguard and Blair's skill in the martial arts, they should be fine.

They hire a bodyguard who goes by the name Cracker Jack. Though she fights well, Blair's experience in the tournament is less than positive. She is frequently disrespected by other fighters in the tournament and referred to as "the little rich girl". Just before she is scheduled to fight against M. Bison, she decides to quit the tournament. Bison insists that she keep her obligation to fight him and she refuses. Infuriated, Bison initiates his attack anyway, and Cracker Jack steps in to protect her. Bison is so impressed with Cracker Jack's fighting style, feeling that it is reminiscent of another of his henchmen, that he invites Cracker Jack to join his organization. Since Blair announced that she is through with the tournament and is returning home, the jobless Cracker Jack accepts.

Like Allen Snider, Blair Dame does not appear in any of the EX sequels. Instead, she appears in the Arika-developed Fighting Layer, which was distributed in arcades by Namco. Her sister Sharon took her place in EX 2 and EX 3.
