Sharon is the sister to Blair Dame. While Blair had a spoiled childhood, Sharon's was a lot more disciplined. Sharon was sent away to a special boarding school, that was especially focus for government espionage. She is quite literally, a trained killer. The flower tattoo on her neck identifies her as a member of a secret agency connected to her school. As part of the test for government loyalty, their final graduation mission is to kill a family member. Those who succeed in the mission are promoted to high level security positions and there every need and want is provided for. Those who fail are hunted down and destroyed.

Sharon's assigned target is her sister. Having had little contact with her throughout life, she is unaware of her sister's whereabouts. The last public lead she had on Blair was her attendance at a world wide street fighting tournament. Sharon was also informed that Blair traveled with a body guard that went by Cracker Jack. Upon hearing that a second tournament was to be held, she signed up in hopes of finding and assassinating her sister. To her great disappointment, Blair was no where to be found, and her interrogation attempts on Cracker Jack yielded extremely little useful information.

She carries a handgun with her but seldom uses it so as to give her opponent a fair fight. She is a practitioner of savate and is one of the fast characters in the EX series. Her signature moves are Hell Fire and Assault Rifle which she performs using her pistol and her rifle respectively. Sharon is the only Street Fighter character to not only use a gun (possibly Glock or H&K USP) in battle, but also an assault rifle M16 A2 as well. However, she requires two levels of super meter every time the player wishes to fire the handgun, as the first time she performs Hellfire simply causes her to load and cock the slide.
