The former overlord of the secret crime organization Shadaloo is beyond morals and the very ideas of right and wrong. From drug rings to human experiments and weapon sales, M. Bison was once the ruler of the underworld and his Psycho Power could not be stopped.
With his supposed demise at the end of the second World Warrior Tournament and the fall of Shadaloo, many believed that was the last they'd see of Bison. How wrong they were. Bison has returned with a new body constructed by Shadaloo scientists, and this time the body is strong enough to withstand the full power of his Psycho Power. The dark warlord emerges once again, ready to reclaim his rightful place at the head of Shadaloo and return it to its former terrifying glory.
