CEO of the new weapons corporation, S.I.N., Seth leads the company into new combat technologies, which he isn't afraid to use on himself. This enhanced being uses the data gathered on the worlds greatest warriors to create a mixed martial arts the likes of which has never been seen. This puppet master now aims to hold a new fighting tournament where we will be able to gather enough data to complete S.I.N.'s BLECE project, their ultimate weapon program. And the fighter that lies at the center of the project is none other than Ryu.
